Excellent Platform for Utilizing Paytime and Spending Habits (Insights)
Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I use Gusto in my organization for a small business. It is primarily used to record and clock my time in and time out. It is very useful for checking how I spend my money and gives me a curated summary of what I spent my money on, which includes the different categories such as Shopping, Restaurants, Gas, etc.
Pros
- Organized, curated summary of spending habits
- The ability to clock time in and time out when working remote
- The seamlessness when tracking Payroll and transferring money from one location to another.
Cons
- The benefits package could be improved
- The ability to reach out to someone directly from Gusto through email
- A more in-depth understanding of TrueWork
- It is definitely an easy, intuitive platform to utilize with lots of helpful features!
- The Benefits package is very poor and is not useful to me at all.
- I enjoy how it breaks up the spending insights into several categories such as Food, Transportation, Shopping, Housing Medical, etc.
I selected Gusto because it was an easier software HR program to utilize. My boss also implemented using this since the start of her business in 2019. They offer more features unlike Workday and it is much easier to navigate. WorkDay was harder to navigate certain things such as sending a little note when you would miss a day (UTO). Gusto can do similar things, but in less steps.
