Gusto is very straightforward and easy to learn, ensuring users don't need to undergo additional training. It also makes onboarding and adding new users feel efficient. Gusto eliminates the need for external time tracking or reviews, and easy direct deposit setup, which is our primary use; a single place to ensure all employees get paid properly.
