Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

Remote working with GoTo Connect since it was Jive and now remote working is the thing to do. GoTo Connect has changed my business 360 degrees with softphones, GoTo Meeting, and got customer support that is always helpful kept us in the industry before and after COVID-19.

Still working with GoTo Connectand have been since 2017 I don't see any company yet doing it like Goto Connect 5 stars always! Plus my company is a fan of Got connect from the easy use and never any down time which is necessary. All in one one, one stop shop, Goto Connect has every my business nedds.

Upgrading GoTo Connect

Yes - Nextiva had what we needed, but is nothing like GoToConnect and for the low cost, the change was easy to make!
