Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoToConnect is used as our agency VoiP phone & text platform. Prior to using GoToConnect we were using Google Voice for the agency, as we grew in employee count we needed ways to transfer calls, place calls on hold, and add callers to conference calls. With GoToConnect we're able to handle all these tasks as well as text messaging directly from our desktop.

  • Easy to implement desktop application
  • Simple frontend user interface
  • Mobile application is quite useful

Cons

  • Could make the backend admin panel a bit more user friendly
  • Adding lines/users
  • Affordable VoiP solution
  • Customer service is easy to contact and very helpful
  • Minimal/if any downtime

Overall I'm very happy with the service. It's affordable, not too difficult to navigate once you're familiar with the admin panel, and very easy to use on the front end.

Using GoTo Connect

Most important feature is the desktop application, we use soft phones rather than desktop and this was a crucial requirement when making our selection.
Front end user interface is a piece a cake, very straightforward and training others is a breeze. Backend admin panel could use a little more work.
