Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using GoodData to help our clients with their employee engagement reporting dashboard metrics and insights. This allows for our clients to see at a glance the effort their engagement methods success rate looks like. This also helps our clients make next action plans on increasing their employee engagement needs.

The business problems GoodData addresses is giving our clients the means to see the performance over a specific period of time so that they can develop and implement the appropriate next steps.

Organized and Clean layout of dashboards.

dedicated point of contact and support staff.

Cons

Sometimes changing insights for customization isn't very clear without support
When running into a bug, sometimes finding the source ID is difficult for our reporters

I would recommend GoodData based off the ease of use of the dashboards, how organized the reports look and the insights they provide. I also highly appreciated the implementation process being as seamless as it was, with several meetings that guided us through, what to expect and how to best build our reports. They also offered to provide training sessions with our internal team who works more closely with our clients so they felt more comfortable using the dashboard and setup.
