Currently use FloQast to manage account reconciliations for multiple entities (preparer / reviewer) and month over month variance analysis.

- Variance analysis only shows 2 months. Really would like to see a trend of at least 3 months
- Wish in refreshing the variance analysis you can refresh multiple companies / reports at once.
- Wish child entity variance analysis would post on the face of the consolidated entities.
- Completeness and compliance for account reconciliations
- Month over month variance analysis to ensure accuracy
- Checklists to ensure nothing is missed
We primarily use FloQast for close and variance analysis whereas we use Monday for project tracking including Audit PBC
