Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company has many entities all over the world and we mainly use FloQast for Closes and monthly reconciliations. FloQast helps with sync the balance from Workday, Intacct and our reconciliation in Google Drive so we can manage the process for each employee within the time frame. FloQast allows us to set accounts as High Risk so employees and managers can stay focus on those account. Employees and managers can communicate through the notes and mark them as done after actions are taken.

Sometime the sync has issue causing balance after reconciling. It were fixed in a half day usually

Close and Reconciliation tasks in big organization. For employees: FloQast allows them to manage their timeline so they will not miss any deadline, moreover, employees can check their work if the balance is not Nil. For manager: FloQast helps managing and reviewing the tasks done by employee. Everybody can work together on an issue to solve it.
