Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

I use Expensify several times a month for travel and fitness reimbursements. The system is extremely easy to use - from uploading and sending receipts to completing and submitting reports. The entire process from start to finish is fast and easy, and my expenses are refunded in a timely manner.

Pros

  • Easy to email or upload receipts
  • Easy to start and complete new reports
  • User-friendly, modern UI

Cons

  • I haven't desired any improvements - it's been extremely easy to use.
  • Time savings - I can get my expenses done in about 10-15 minutes vs 45-60 in other systems.
  • Ease of use results in less issues or fixes needed. Faster turnaround.
  • I don't dread getting my expenses done b/c it's much quicker with Expensify.
Expensify has an extremely user-friendly and modern UI. I don't have to guess where to go, how to do my expenses, or if something will get flagged. The email and in-product notifications are very helpful as well. This system is much easier to use than several others that I've used in other companies.
Having used Concur at several other companies, I can honestly say Expensify is my much preferred expense reimbursement system. The UI is easy to use and modern. The alerts and notifications are helpful and friendly. The report and line item expense creation is very easy - as is uploading receipts.

My company is under 100 employees. Expensify is extremely easy to use for expense reimbursement, report creation, receipt uploads, and status tracking. When alerts appear on line items, it is very easy to go back in and update. The UI is very modern and very user friendly, as are the email notifications that are sent.
