I use Expensify for sales expenses and this year, I’m leading conferences for the organization so Expensify has made it incredibly easy to submit, approve, and reimburse all the expenses related to these events.
Scanning photos and understanding emailed PDF receipts has allowed me to eliminate the burden of having to remember about submissions as it’s largely automated and all expenses can be forwarded to a convenient inbox. It also groups automatically into expense reports which auto submit once everything looks good. I appreciate this greatly

- Credit card conversion rates/fees on top of USD->CAD conversions could be helpful
- Saves me at least 4 hours per trip from previous workplace expense solutions
- American Express Global Business Travel Meetings & Events and Excel Formulator
Ease of use and higher trust to employees equals quicker turnaround of reimbursement
