Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use it to give the professional look of all signatures having the same font/data/spacing and no random backgrounds or wallpapers used by users.

Pros

  • Standard Signature.
  • Pulling the data from the exact fields needed.
  • User friendly.

Cons

  • I'd love it if we could use ALL fields, not just some.
  • More professional look.
We are able to create signatures based on each user's or department's needs. We currently use OUs to make them and have had no complaints since day 1. Their support is top-notch.
We have never had issues and always had uptime with Exclaimer.
We tried but liked what Exclaimer had to offer more. Microsoft convolutes things so much it makes them hard to work with sometimes.

Exclaimer gives us the option to select the data we want for each person's signature based on group or OU. It lets us have company-wide standard signatures that don't have random wallpapers or non-company-approved fonts. All of our signatures look identical, which makes it look more professional.
