Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We had a lot of problems with the different signatures that people were doing themselves and there were a lot of spelling mistakes. The image of the company was represented in different ways with different logos, sometimes blurred. We also didn't have a proper signature for mobile devices, with no logo with missing information.
Pros
- A signature is applied automatically even if none is present in the email.
- Possibility of having a signature when sending on behalf of someone else.
- Possibility of having several signatures for a single person.
Cons
- We would like to find the possibility of doing auto-response as before in server mode.
- When we finish editing a signature model, it would be nice to be able to go back to the same model folder we were in instead of always going back to the beginning.
- Increase the credibility of the company.
- Makes it easy to create signatures.
- Quick to change everyone's signature at the same time.
We created different templates to highlight products that we wanted to promote. We added links to web pages and had the ability to add links and icons to social media to make it easier for people to find us. With icons, it's easier to capture the attention of the receiver. Uniformity is really the big plus of this program.
The information stays in our cloud and is managed by servers in our country.
We haven't tried any other products at this time. When we implemented exclaimer more than 10 years ago we didn't look any further since it met all our needs, however, since we lost the auto-response we are thinking of trying another one. We saw that Codetwo had this option. To be continued.
