Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Great system for creating uniformed email signatures across the business. As soon as a team gets more than 2 or 3 people it's difficult to maintain a consistent signature across the business. Exclaimer fixes that problem and allows you to add marketing elements to each signature.
A great way to get a consistent and professional look to your email signatures.
A great way to get a consistent and professional look to your email signatures.
Pros
- Consistent Signatures for a professional look
- Ensure the right contact information is available to your clients
- Allows the addition of regulatory requirements to be added as a footer to every email sent
Cons
- Signatures added to mobile devices after the email is sent means you often get users sending emails with 2 signatures, their personal one and the corporate one. Nothing screams unprofessional like "Sent from my iPad" followed by a corporate signature
- Integration with Outlook is relatively painless but some images don't appear as they should
- Users that have multiple signatures for different internal brands can cause issues particularly when sending from a mobile device
- Simplifies signature management
- Ensures users signatures are sending the correct message (including job title)
- Ability to run marketing campaigns to existing and potential clients without coming across as intrusive
We've put it in to a number of our clients. With an initial overhead getting it setup, which is relatively painless, it then runs itself.
The only tweaks we do are adjustments to the signature design on making changes for times of year or particular marketing events.

I wouldn't say we've benefitted from it but we haven't experienced any problems either which I suppose is the important bit.
I've not used other similar products beyond manually creating individual signatures. Or using Microsoft Exchange to tag a basic footer onto every email sent.
Exclaimer is simple to use and inexpensive. We have no desire to seek out alternatives at the moment.
