  • Not really tracked, the integrations with DCA's saves manpower for sure

Logistics Console for service calls and supply order fulfillment of items needed. Billing processes could be more intuitive. Purchasing should have pricing tables to reflect vendor special pricing in a similar fashion to the sales order process.
