Overall Satisfaction with e-automate
We use it as a crm for our customers and potential customers. It's a great place to see all event history and follow ups needed for specific customers. It's also a great snap shot of how much equipment they have and their current spending.
We notice a lot of duplicated information that doesnt merge correctly which can be an issue, but that does have a user problem as well.

Pros
- Event History
- Current spending/equipment overview
- Task/ follow up reminders.
Cons
- It's hard to arrange the window to how you wish to view it.
- Merging data is difficult.
- departments are hard to navigate to.
- Helps give a 10K foot view of the whole account on 1 screen
- Helps manage sales funnel so we can project 18-24 months out
- Time saving. If information is accurate you can save lots of research time.
