Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One

Previously it was challenging to identify the right companies and prospects due to the large volume available. Understand new trends / interests of company that might be keen in company's solution. Identify departments / stakeholders that are interested in different products. It helps to narrow the scope of prospecting, allowing more targeted outreach which increase overall pipeline.

Provided more insights on particular prospect and what they are interested in. Afterwards, provided certain personas / leads for gather insights on who might be keen. It has been helpful during prospecting. However, it could be further improve for certain insights, as some are really just aggregated data and unable to identify.
It's helpful but not all insights are relevant. Some prospects have already been engaged or enter as leads for inbound. It do no necessarily benefit an outbound role but this tool is mostly utilized by the outbound team. It could be better to make contacts more "pin-point" rather than super generic.
I think it complements the service, not directly competing. Both are great prospecting tools that help improve overall productivity which results in eventual increase in sales and revenue. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is important during prospecting, in terms of the details of people in each organization, which is crucial. Demandbase One helps with identifying who are those.

When planning for transactional campaigns and understand which industries / companies that would be applicable, Demandbase One works really well. Additionally when running out of idea to prospect or have campaign on, Demandbase One works well too. However in the event of targeted / strategic campaign, Demandbase One don't really work due to the nature of insights.
