Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One

Monitor companies before they contact us.A secondary use is to see what prospect companies , once we are in touch with them, are browsing in our website.Besides, we use it to find contact details qhen we don't have any.

Pros

  • Options to personalize dashboards
  • Customer Service Quality
  • Give an overview of the market movements
  • Provides anther layer of information on top of GA

Cons

  • Tracking more traffic.They are identifing less than 30% of traffic detected
  • Identify companies that are IT companies are randomly browsing
  • Refine Number of pages visited.SOmetimes it's not real
  • 1 deal last year coming from Demandbase One. First one
  • In my experience, it's the lowest source of qualified leads from all online sources
  • We haven't managed to refine information to the max
because sometimes some features are not stable and you have to set up them more than once, like quick cars.Besides, there are some steps and concepts that could be UX improved, like setting up a dashboard, a view, and when is better to set up an account filter rather than an activity filter, etc

Suitable for an overview on who is visiting our website and how many they are. In my experience, not suitable to take this information as 100% true. Demandbase One Sales, has more companies identified if they are international or multinational.For local companies there is not much information.Besides is not the only provider and definetly not the one with lower rates.
