- Takes a long while to load the templates.
- Template merge fields can be a little temperamental at times.
- Adding merge fields to templates could be made more user friendly.
- Instead of our Call Centre team needing to relay information to our Correspondence team to send a letter, statement, or receipt, they can now produce these themselves right then and there on the call.
- Our human resource requirements have been halved due to these templates being more easily accessible and streamlined within Salesforce.
- Being able to create easily accessible templates with merge field data direct from Salesforce has made our correspondence processes at least 200% more efficient.
