Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

At Booking.com we are using Conga CLM product to manage contracts with different partners/vendors for different brands (sister companies) under Booking.com. We are using Conga CLM for more than 4 years now and below are the few problems that we are trying to solve-
1. Parallel Review process - the Contract review process is very time consuming across different SMEs from different departments
2. Managing Inter-company contracts
3. Automate and improved cycle time on overall CLM process

  • Review process
  • Contract Intake with a guided workflow
  • Contracting process standardization across different types of contracts
  • Review process is little cumbersome and time consuming
