Cisco Headset 300 Series

Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets

We use Cisco 300 series Headsets in our company mostly for client calls and meetings and technical support. It is the basic model, but that doesn't mean it lacks of required features. It is durable with great sound quality. Even when we are sitting close to each other, there is no problem in calls due to its noise reduction feature.

  • Easy to use, no special training or skills required
  • Build quality
  • Sound quality

Cons

  • It has a noise reduction feature, but should include noise cancellation in its basic model also
  • Earpads
  • Price
  • Call quality improved while using Cisco Headsets
  • Productivity increased
  • Average in-call time lessened as we don't have to repeat the same line or words several times
