Celonis is used in all major processes in my organization to get transparency and to analyse and optimize the process. Celonis is also used in achieving process standardization, Proactive alerts, deviation flagging, Business Executive dashboarding and is now an integral part of our organization. We are specifically focusing on cross functional points of the process, which are usually the bottlenecks. We are also now focussing on mapping these end-to-end processes to achieve further improvements.
