Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

Warehouse KPI metric tracking. Highlighting opportunities for process improvements and acting as a global source of truth for distribution center WMS data.

Pros

  • User friendly UI on new views screen.
  • Numerous integrations with other companies and marketplace.
  • Quick data load times

Cons

  • Process mining UI -> variant explorer is hard to follow -> understanding what the start/end steps are in the variants is not straight forward
  • Action flows are not as easy to implement as shown and require self learning
  • When publishing a view, default shouldn't be to publish all views
  • Improving warehouse KPIs leading to labor cost reductions and supplies/equipment.
