Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

As process mining Come member, I’m promoting Celonis to my business users. My use cases are in the area of customer support and sales.

  • Easy to use
  • Automation possibility

Cons

  • Performance
  • More components for views
  • Feature that as admin, I can set myself as a user role to see what the user exactly can see.
  • It creates transparency
  • Quantify problems
  • It provides also automation possibilities
Minit doesn’t provide the possibility to customize your own dashboards, so it’s not full filling the requirement. However I checked Minit 2 years ago, maybe it improved in the mean while.

If you want to find the insight of a process, Celonis process mining is a good tool. However if you want to see only KPI dashboards, then I think for reporting there are better ones in the market.
