Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

We measure operators' performance and whether they are working for tasks they are assigned to with Celonis.

Pros

  • fast
  • flexible with data modification. (data pool can be edited directly)
  • constant development of features

Cons

  • many bugs
  • missing functionalities which are normally equipped in other BI tools
  • there is no connectivity among different assets especially action flows in terms of scheduling
  • there is more visibility in processes which saved time of process managers
