  • Improved our time to invoice to our customers
  • Reduction in number of price changes
  • Increased process conformance within order to cash, meaning: people working according to the agreed process steps and reducing the number of manual interventions
Signavio is a tool to describe process steps and show these steps in process flows. For this Signavio is good. Celonis is much better at analyzing the process based on data and finding the inefficiencies. PowerBI: although Celonis is a data mining tool and not a specific reporting tool, Celonis can also be used for reporting. Celonis is great at visualization and slice & dice.

Well suited: for processes that have clear steps within a specific process and where there is a lot of data available. Celonis can then analyze the data to help guide you to the key focus areas and also put a value on the inefficiencies within the process. Less suited: when there is limited data available. In those cases, Celonis is unlikely to cover the full story and could come to incorrect conclusions.
