Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

Celonis helps visualize the root-cause issues in our supply chain based upon inventory tracking. The dashboards we've created in Celonis help pinpoint the trends we are seeing for scenarios we are trying to avoid. With this information, Celonis helps us measure weekly, monthly or yearly budgets to ensure the trends go down with our resolution implementations.

Cons

  • Export tables - with user defining what attributes to add to the table (without going into EDIT mode)
  • Our main issue for true ROI realization was the focus on finding $ issues, rather than the fact that Celonis provides the data access, which we didnt have before. This is an intangible ROI.

I think Celonis can be a huge help to businesses trying to streamline processes, but the ideal user is the IT and reporting teams.
