Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Celonis is being used almost across the entire enterprise. It is being used for process mining and analytics although the hope is to expand it to also use it for process automation. It is hoping to address many business problems and opportunities. Currently, it is addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies in Order to Cash.

Likelihood to Recommend

Celonis is well suited for mapping out a business process and showing where the process deviates from the happy path. This is working well for our company in processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. I have yet to discover how good it is to the mapping processes that span multiple systems.
