We are implementing Celonis in different customers. Most of the implementations start with departamental needs and processes. In banking, Credit Applications is the entry process. In other industries we are seeing Logistics, Maintenance and Customer-Facing processes as leading areas.
Main business problem is lack of visibility of how processes really run and the impact bottlenecks, rework, and compliance issues have both operationally and financially for the company.

Celonis’ EMS is more powerful and versatile. Implementation takes a fraction of the time compared to Bizagi and its focus on business process mining allows it to offer better analytical capabilities. This, added to its automation capabilities, put it on a league of its own.
We have evaluated BI solutions, low code solutions, RPA solutions, but Celonis is the only we have seen can offer end-to-end business process mining capabilities which can work on a standalone basis or be used as an orchestrator for other more specific applications.
