Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

As a Celonis partner for more than 4+ years, we have been supporting our customers by implementing more than 13+ processes in more than 6+ industries. In every single implementation project that we have carried out using Celonis has provided our customers with completely new insights and transparency into their processes as such, as well as enabling every employee across the entire organization to be able to take the corresponding actions in order to improve the process.

Cons

  • It would be nice if users/viewers would be able to add comments in certain fields in the analyses.

Celonis is well suited for any kind of process/workflows that is captured in IT systems. This may not only include the process as such but also certain reporting/BI functions for IT systems that may not offer the best user interface. Especially in scenarios where employees are interested in improving their work, the transparency reached through Celonis motivates everyone, because you can also monitor your improvements! We have seen particularly impressive results for order management in plants.

If your process is not mainly captured in IT systems, Celonis might be less appropriate.
