Poor policy for admin access to Dashboard
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice for our VOiP and we also use B-Hive.
Pros
- It allows for us to have a landline
Cons
- Not allowing more than one admin on the dashboard. Because they don't, I will be changing companies when my contract is up this coming Fall.
- Outbound calls
- B-Hive
- Not much since the last request I made. Not very happy with the service. I will be changing.
