Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
It was used as VOIP and worked well and eliminated actual phone lines. We had 4 phones with extensions. We used them for everyday phone calls both incoming and outgoing. Once set up correctly it worked well.
Pros
- Customer service was great- especially Joy.
- Phones are excellent quality.
Cons
- Set up was cumbersome at first.
- Eliminated the telephone company.
- More professional and current phone system.
- it lowered our phone expenses
Broadvoice was selected based on our IT technician recommendation It had all the same features as the competition at a better price.
