I use Broadvoice phone services in 3 different companies. I love the features of their phones and the multiple lines (seats) that they offer

  • The positive impact it has had on my business is the ability to answer my phone when I'm not in the office is huge. The mobile app allows you to still answer your phone and respond to my customers in a timely manner.

I have experienced nothing other than the best customer service. The implementations are smooth and the training is straightforward, I have implemented 3 phone lines for three different companies, and each time it was easy and smooth. The staff is patient and provided ongoing support. I will continue to spread the word and referrals to Broadvoice.
