Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

Brightmine helped us create our National Handbook along with State Supplements. In addition we use Brightmine to confirm federal and state compliance with multiple topics such as wage and hour, new hire paperwork, etc.

I got to Brightmine when I want to understand the laws and regulations in the 50 states and federal. I will go to SHRM to assist with developing HR policies.

Brightmine has been extremely helpful in confirming compliance with federal and state laws, creating and maintaining our handbook and state supplements, confirming new laws and regulations to be mindful of.
