Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to communicate with our audience, Braze allows us to segment the messages based on customer attributes or events that users do in the app, with that segmentations we are able to create campaigns and canvases using all CRM channels (In-apps, emails, push notifications, content cards, etc.) in a really smooth way.

Pros

  • Customer segmentation
  • Drag & drop editor for all channels
  • Canvas orchestration

Cons

  • Reporting in-platform
  • Languages management when creating the content
  • Predictive models
  • Customer engagement improvement
  • Customer satisfaction improvement
  • Churn reduction
Braze has a wide variety of easy to use potential integrations, from Facebook, to Google, WhatsApp, Accuweather, etc. And the list keeps growing. They also provide support to onboard the teams on this integrations, specially when they are new, like WhatsApp was one year ago. We're satisfied with the support they provide
Braze has helped us to improve our acquisition strategies, as we have been able to AB test different activation tactics. Similar case with retention and engagement, we have been able to nurture Braze with data science predictive models; with that info we have tested the best approaches to reach those objectives
Braze offers superior ease of use, setup, and administration compared to Selligent, with higher user satisfaction ratings. Its robust cross-channel messaging and real-time data capabilities enable personalized customer engagement, leading to increased revenue and customer lifetime value.

Yes

Did Braze live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Braze go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Braze again?

Yes

Braze is a really good tool for stablished businesses who have some technical support to maintain such tool. It's easy to manage for marketers, but it's preferable to have technical peers in the team, specially for the set-up and the maintenance. For small businesses or early stage companies I would recommend simpler tools.
