Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We use BlueJeans to connect with users within and outside of our company. We are set up for about 5 users and use BlueJeans rooms. We conduct about 40 meetings per month.

Pros

  • Video quality is fantastic
  • Customer support is very helpful
  • It is the most seamless system we've found for rooms

Cons

  • We purchased our own computer for rooms and it failed. Customer support had to send us a NUC.
  • Integrating with MS SSO was difficult and the guide was out of date.
  • It has simplified the process of connecting with people outside of our company.
  • It has made scheduling meetings easier via the Outlook plugin.
  • It has allowed us to quickly and seamlessly enter meetings via Rooms.
The user experience was significantly better. The video quality and seamlessness were unmatched. We are very happy about switching over.
BlueJeans is great for video conferencing, screen sharing, and external communications. For its use case, we haven't found any less appropriate situations.
