Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use Bloomreach to manage events, segmentation, automated flows, manage customer data, weblayers and email marketing.
Bloomreach allows us to understand our database and adjust every single aspect of the customer journey.

Pros

  • Email template visual editor
  • Segmentation capabilities
  • Real-time triggers

Cons

  • Priority queue - would be good to prioritize certain emails over other in pre defined categories. We have frequency but this would have a deeper control.
  • We have experienced a revenue growth after our automated flows were implemented. Reactivation and Incubation
Very fast and knowledgeable.
Have went to support several times and always got my questions answered in few minutes.
Better in almost every aspect.
Only benchmark I'd consider are the calendar views and priority queue of Optimove.
