Avalara has saved me several hours and days of tax research.
Recently began filing sales tax returns for one of our smaller organizations and cannot get an answer on why our tax period cannot and is not updated in Avatax.
Cannot get help from someone on why our payment is going through when we ensured the debit blocker was removed from our bank.

Because I do not know who to ask certain questions to or where to find answers to some specific questions.
