Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Avalara has helped us better organize tax exemption certificates for our customers. This helps us stay current and in compliance, as well as working with our ERP to determine what customers should be billed tax and when. If they are not current, then they will flag to be billed sales tax until we have remedied the problem.

This is a very useful tax resource. We have the ability to work with experts on a case by case basis and very responsive when we need technical assistance. The overall time needed for these processes. The usability is very user friendly and works for what we need it to do.

Avalara reaches out to my customers based on what I enter to make sure that we are getting updated tax exemption certificates to ensure that we stay in compliance. I can reject problems in real time and then they reach out again to try and get a compliant certificate.
