Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We are an auction house that sells historic and collectable philatelic and numismatic items. Avalara keeps track of sales tax rates and the taxability of different items which are subject to various forms of taxation in differing jurisdictions. Avalara takes the worry out of our sales and seller's use tax filings. Avalara also keeps track of where we have economic nexus and where we are approaching economic nexus. This helps us assure that we are compliant with our obligations.

It is easy to use and provides swift and accurate tax returns that are filed on a timely basis. The sandbox product allows us to try out various options before putting them into production. It also allows us to monitor our monthly sales tax obligations as we complete our auctions. This allows us to bill our clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Since employing Avalara, we have not had any sales or sellers use tax penalties. Avalara takes the worry out of sales tax compliance, We always know what we owe and when it is due.
