  • Lack of follow up support is discouraging
  • Ease of use is definitely the upside.
What I have used with Avalara, everything is pretty easy to get to and you don't have to drill down 10 times to get to what you want.
Easier to use, but since our compliance is outsourced, we went with the same software that our consultants are using.
Ease of testing, looking up/calculating rates. Ease of TTR research.
