Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Our company just started using Avalara and is very happy with their service. They assisted us with setting up sales tax in all states and processing our returns on time.

I am very satisfied with all the support that Avalara provided.
A scenario where Avalara was less appropriate was during our implementation process. There was no communication on the steps we needed to follow with our service team vs. the Avalara team.
