Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We file sales tax returns in almost all taxable states. Avalara files our returns. We also use CertCapture and TTR.

  • Keeping track of exemption certificates
  • Tracking nexus

Cons

  • Customer service reps knowledge
  • Response times when issues arise
  • Communication
  • Less staff required
  • ROI has been proven positive
  • MORE ACCURACY
It is easy to use but when you have issues it is very time consuming to correct.

Sales tax if set up properly is calculated perfectly. CertCapture works great most of the time but there are some issues with certificates not being applied or being applied. Issues with single-use certificates.
