Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara Managed Returns in conjunction with AvaTax. The combination of these products ensures that we correctly collect and remit sales and use taxes for the regions in which we do business. The savings in resource time alone has provided a huge cost benefit for us, let alone an increase in the accuracy of our reporting.

The website features are robust; there is extensive reporting available, a substantial list of topics available online should you need assistance, continued updating of the economic thresholds for us as a reseller, the ability to import transactions as may be needed, customer exemption and certificate management, and the ability to identify favorite reports.
Avalara Managed Returns is the only product we have used or would have chosen to use, in conjunction with our current ERP application.
We use Avatax and Avalara Managed Returns in conjunction with SAGE 50. The combination of Avatax and Avalara Managed Returns has provided a consistent and accurate vehicle for assessing and remitting sales and use taxes. For organizations doing business in multiple states across hundreds of tax regions, these products serve as an invaluable resource. The reporting capabilities allow us to work closely with our senior management and accounting teams so as to ensure we are meeting our compliance obligations.
