Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara (Avatax/Cert Capture). This is used to capture all the tax exempt certificates for our customers and file them properly by state. This takes away the guess work in how much taxes should be applied by using Avatax that is connected to our ERP system, Netsuite.

Cons

  • Better How To's - sometimes it doesn't give enough information.
  • Responding to questions that need a response sooner than later.
  • Easier training.

  • Time saver.
  • Taking guess work out of calculating taxes per state.
Avalara is easy to use but it's just a bit more challenging in using it with our ERP if you were not part of the implementation.
Avalara is a great tool to help take out the guess work of taxes.
