Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

It is used by a billing department. It managed all tax requirements that need to be charged to our customers when it comes to invoicing. However, it's not flexible enough to use, especially when connected to the ProntoXi ERP accounting system. There is almost no support from Avalara on this Pronto ERP software.

  • Save time when calculating tax.
  • Helpful staff when help is needed.
  • Price may a bit too expensive for our business size.
In my opinion, it is easy to use going forward even though the first time is quite stressful. We use Avalara Tax on a daily basis when it comes to raising invoices for our customers.
We do not have other choices that suitable for our Pronto Xi ERP system. Avalara is the one.
Avalara has helped our business to calculate the tax automatically when it comes to billing. I have no comment on when it is less appropriate.
