Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

It is being used in the accounting and I.T. departments. The I.T. department needs to make sure it is integrated with our website and the accounting department needs to make sure it is filing the sales tax returns correctly. When we sell across a third-party source, there is some difficultly that comes up.

I enjoy the reporting Avalara generates. However, they have a lot of reports and some titles can be confusing on which one to download or which information you are looking for. The timely filing without approval is a good feature. I wish they would have some sort of reconciliation report feature.
After reviewing other sales tax compliance software's, I have found Avalara to be the best one out there. There is still room for improvement, but I believe they are doing the best they can for growing and making things easier for the customer. Their webinars are also very helpful and wish they continue to provide those.
