Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use it for maintaining customer's exemption certificates, as well as running monthly return reports and reconciling with our general ledger.

Pros

  • Calculates tax for our ERP system
  • Manages our exemption certificates

Cons

  • The interface of the Cert Capture site could be more streamlined.
  • I feel like Avalara does most of my work for me. I save so much time filing.
The program is pretty self explanatory and user friendly.
Avalara works seamlessly with our ERP system in calculating tax and creating reports, making it easy at tax filing time.
