Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

It is being used strictly for accounts receivable in our billings.

Pros

  • Storing certificates.
  • Processing sales tax returns.
  • Reporting for reconciling.

Cons

  • Ease of uploading the certificates into Cert Capture.
  • Sending emails for renewal sales tax certificates.
  • Avalara was absolutely the best choice.
  • Saves time when processing sales tax reports.
Easy to use. Could use some work on the Cert Capture with regards to sending emails from the system.
