Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Use it for tax calculation on orders. It's Integrated with our ERP system.

  • It's nice that it is integrated in the ERP system.
Does a good job for what we need.
We use it for tax calculation. We do not use it for filing sales tax returns, as it is less cost-effective vs having an employee complete them internally.
