Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara for our entire organization. We sell products that are moving to a national level. Avalara provides us with the knowledge of when to add new states due to meeting thresholds. They help us manage our tax-exempt certificates and keep us updated on all changes.

Pros

  • CertCapture.

Cons

  • I don't care for having to make scheduled appointments to talk to someone.
  • Avalara filing sales tax has saved me 2 work days a month.
It is very easy to use and intuitive for almost anyone.
Avalara is well suited for anyone that has to file taxes in multiple states or has customers with tax-exempt certificates that are job-specific or in various states. With the changing laws, it helps us stay informed.
