Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We are a small company that operates in all 50 states. Avalara allows up to focus on our business and not on sales tax!

Pros

  • Calculating sales tax for all locations
  • Reporting sales tax collections
  • Keeping track of changes

Cons

  • Cannot think of any
  • We currently are qualified in only three states. With the Supreme Court decision, we will likely increase that to 10-15. If not fort Avatax, we would have to hire another employee.
It's been over 8 years, but my recollection is that it was VERY easy.
  • Sage 100
Simple. One of the easiest products we installed with our Sage system.
There is little to do but take the Avatax reports and file the sales tax returns.
Use Avalara to be your sales tax department instead of hiring a full-time person to calculate, track and report sales tax.
